This is our second major project with KBS and it won’t be our last! We love them! We worked with Craig on an outdoor deck, patio, kitchen and grill build. They flawlessly took their kitchen build experience to the outdoors and we couldn’t be more excited. KBS worked on two of our decades-old bathrooms - transformed them from DIY nightmare to beautiful modern spaces. First and foremost, I’m so impressed with the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maria was our designer - and I’m so pleased with everything she picked out for us, especially the tiles which I wasn’t sure at first but now I see them in place, it’s clear why she’s the designer and I’m not lol 🙂 I love them. Her designs were impeccable, and she made sure to pick the best quality items within our budget, which I also appreciated.
All the workers are extremely hardworking and punctual- and the project coordinator keeps you updated with what’s going on so you’re not wondering when/who is going on show up. The work was done quickly because everyone worked so hard, and if there was any issue, it was addressed it right away.
We just love how our bathrooms turned out. We will definitely use KBS for any future remodeling projects!

We recently had KBS Kitchen and Bath Solutions renovate three bathrooms in our home—the master bath, guest bath, and powder room—and they did a fantastic job. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, and they were able to schedule the work quickly, which was a huge plus.
KBS offers a great selection of products, including in-house and custom vanities, a wide range of hardware, ceramic tiles, and beautiful quartz countertops. The crew is highly skilled, with exceptional craftsmanship, especially from the tile specialist. For reconfigured plumbing work, they use Triggs Plumbing, a well-established and reputable company in Madison. The team also handles lighting installation and electrical replacements, making the renovation process seamless.

Overall terrible experience with this company. KBS did a terrible job with installing a LVP floor in our home. The boards on the lower level have a 1/4” flex in spots. When this issue was brought to Alberto’s attention he tried to tell me that is normal for LVP. He refused to admit that his company should have used leveling compound on the lower level floor. I’m not sure if this makes him incompetent or a liar. Alberto promised an extended warranty to ensure that the floor would be covered if it didn’t stand the test of time, but never delivered on his promise.
The workers they employ have no regard or respect for the homes they are working in. While installing our stairs the workers smeared flooring glue all over our walls, floors, and wood finishes. Again Alberto tried to deny that his workers had done this.
The workers tried to cut corners and hide mistakes in installation on the LVP stairs. Fortunately the shoddy work was identified and we were able to get them back in to fix those issues.
Bottom line, if I had the opportunity to rebuild this home I wouldn’t have allowed my builder to hire this company. I value honesty, quality work, and customer service, all of which this company seems to be devoid of. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for the services they provide.

Great job on renovating our bathroom. The reno was done in timely manner with quality craftsmanship.
This is a long review so I apologize in advance. At the end of 2019, I had Alberto with KBS, come to my house to give me an estimate for replacing kitchen cabinets and a new counter top. The plan was to get cabinets though Home Depot and have KBS install and do the countertops. We went to KBS to pick out the counter top when Alberto gave us another option, to use their 'in-house' brands. This price was better than Home Depot and we were reassured this would be a better result because they would be able to control all aspects of the project. Because of their being able to schedule everything out the said the project would be no more than 10-14 days total, from demo to finished product. The project was to begin on January 7th. The last piece of the kitchen was just installed on Wednesday May 6th. There were some extenuating circumstances with COVID, I get that, but this should have been finished long before the pandemic slowed things down.
Our project was delayed from the beginning. Originally pushed 2 weeks because cabinets were to arrive late and when thy did come, they were significantly damaged. We had to return nearly every upper cabinet, which then had to be reshipped, freight, from the company (Fabuwood) in new York/New Jersey. We aren't talking minor damage, we are talking cracked cabinets, doors and significantly chipped and dented paint. I give KBS credit for reordering the damaged pieces they did that, but from this point forward, we had random packages coming, pieces not showing up at all, and any anytime a delivery needed to be made, someone had to be home to take delivery. This necessitated me working from home for at least an extra week, in addition to what I had scheduled for the project. This all could have been avoided had KBS taken delivery and made sure they had everything they needed prior to the project even starting. I understand that some of delivery issues may have been out of their control, but their inability to reorder the correct parts, make sure that they had the right pieces, double and triple check what was ordered and delivered created such a large headache for us that lasted months. We were living in a partially functional kitchen for over 4 months.
Mike, the carpenter who was subbed out to do the install of cabinets and finish work, was excellent to work with. He came over many times to install what he could, usually only an hour or two at a time, due to the parts that had been delivered. His finish work was excellent and I really appreciated he and his crew's time and effort as I know this project was a pain for them as well.
KBS did give us a $500 discount for the trouble we encountered, but I can confidently say we would not go through this again, with or without the discount. I wish we had stuck to our original plan of getting the cabinets elsewhere or gone with a different company completely as we had competing bids when organizing the project to begin with. Beautiful end result, but not worth the headache we faced to get there.
